The Position
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience.
Proven track record working with distributors, partners, and end-customers.
Experience identifying key decision-makers and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to manage relationships with C-level executives.
Familiarity with key information security tools, vendors, and industry regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish (additional languages such as Russian are highly desirable).
Responsibilities:
Lead business development and sales efforts across Turkey and CIS regions.
Structure and analyze the market, identifying and prioritizing key opportunities.
Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Drive additional revenue streams.
Build out distributor and partner relationships.
Manage and coordinate product demos, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and RFP responses.
Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to strengthen market coverage and expand pipeline opportunities.
Carry a yearly quota of 1.7M USD.
We are looking for someone with:

A proactive, self-driven approach to enterprise sales.
Exceptional solution-selling capabilities with a customer-first mindset.
Experience working with enterprise SaaS, preferably within cyber security.
Proficiency in managing long-term client relationships.
The ability to effectively interact with CXO-level stakeholders.
Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and frameworks in Turkey and CIS.
A flexible work approach with the ability to adapt to dynamic market demands.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience.
Must-Haves:
Extensive experience in enterprise sales through a channel-based model.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in Turkey and/or CIS markets.
Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with the GRC and SaaS ecosystem.
Experience working within fast-growing technology startups.
Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity GRC market.
Key Outcomes & Metrics:
Success will be measured based on monthly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results).
Consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue performance targets.
